New York Auto Show 2012: BMW shows i8 spyder concept live

The i8 is a plug-in hybrid sports car with a modified electric drive of the i3 at the front and a 164 kW / 223 bhp three cylinder on the rear axle. This accelerates the i8 in less than five seconds from zero to 100 km / h and reaches an average fuel consumption to EU standard of less than three liters.
